Refund Policy

Digital Product
All Rikon products are digital intelligence reports delivered instantly via a secure download link. There are no physical shipments.
Automatic Refund
If all scan tools fail to produce your report, an automatic refund flag is placed on your account and a full refund is issued without any action needed on your part.
Eligible Refund Requests
Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund in the following cases:
- The scan produced an empty or incomplete report due to a technical failure
- Duplicate or accidental purchase
- Report not delivered (download link never received)
Non-Refundable
Successfully delivered and downloaded reports are non-refundable. Once a report has been generated and delivered, the product is considered consumed.
Processing Fees
Approved refunds are issued minus payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). These fees are charged by the payment processor and are non-recoverable.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details including the email address used for purchase and the reason for the refund.
